DPhil Researcher, Nuffield Department of Primary Care Health Sciences
Studying consumer wearables and wellness as a fully funded student.
Hello there
My work is centred on democratising emotional education, so that every person has access to it through self-awareness and psychological techniques.
I'm also contributing to this wave by building a startup that champions the preservation of expert knowledge (Moku.Build), and an NGO that delivers and rigorously tests psychoeducation using engaging, innovative methods (HKSPI).
